Firmex, a virtual data room provider, sent over a nice infographic which lists the top 10 due diligence disasters. Notice that AOL/Time Warner still has the ignoble distinction of being the worst M&A deal nearly 10 years later — an $111B deal was written down by $99B. Impressive.
